It is with great sadness that we share that one of our APTS Outreach members, Debbie Butler, passed away Monday.
Debbie visited all our campuses and trained with us on numerous occasions, here in the US, as she facilitated our initial response to assist Ukraine. She was pivotal in ensuring our safety as our teams provided in-country support to many children and staff in that region being supported by Mission to Ukraine (MTU).
Debbie also helped organize the remote behavioral and educational services, we continue to provide for teachers and staff who are still working with the students, despite the ongoing conflict and destruction in the country.
She will be missed, but the evidence of her work can be seen in the smiles of the children we continue to serve there, and the development of MTU's new building.
APTS sends best wishes and condolences to her family, here in the US, and the family who lovingly adopted her, in Ukraine.
